To become registered to bid on the house, bidders must show that they have in their possession $1,000 in cash, cashier's check, certified check, check with bank letter or other approved check. Cashier's checks and certified checks should be made payable to yourself. All bank letters of credit must be approved by Interstate Auction Company before the close of business Friday, November 16.
