REGISTRATION: Auction registration for the house will begin at 8:00 A.M. To become
registered to bid on the house, bidders must show that they have in their possession $1,000 in
cash, cashier's check, certified check, check with bank letter or other approved check. Cashier's
checks and certified checks should be made payable to yourself. All bank letters of credit must be
approved by Interstate Auction Company before the close of business Friday, November 16.
Interstate Auction Company may approve personal checks at its sole discretion.
DOWN PAYMENT and CLOSING on Real Estate: A 10% down payment of the final purchase
price will be required on sale day with the balance due in 30 days at closing. $1,000 of the 10%
down payment must be in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, check with bank

PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS: All personal property sells in its "as is, where is" condition
with no warranties expressed or implied. All personal property must be paid for in full the day of
