buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to
determine the purchase price. The buyer will be required
to make a 10% down payment and close in 30 days. For
example, if the high bid is $100,000, the buyer's
premium is $10,000 and the purchase price is $110,000.
The down payment would be $11,000. The $99,000 balance
would be due at closing in 30 days. Taxes will be
