  TITLE X: Under Title X the purchaser of a single family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The period of inspection is 10 days prior to the auction. All bidders must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.

All property disclosure documents may not be available at this time. Be sure to check back as auction documentation is added frequently.


A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to determine the purchase price. The buyer will be required to make a 10% down payment and close in 30 days. For example, if the high bid is $100,000, the buyer's premium is $10,000 and the purchase price is $110,000. The down payment would be $11,000. The $99,000 balance would be due at closing in 30 days. Taxes will be prorated. The purchaser will pay the closing costs.
